Sapphire Heights is our First Venture which is constructed with all required measures in place and meeting to the customer satisfaction. This is situated at Diwancheruvu, Rajahmundry. Sapphire Heights is the best place to move in. All latest construction methods used in its construction process.

All the materials used in the project are hand picked with care. Quality BHARATHI CEMENT for the entire construction, MS STEEL used for all over building, concrete protective coating used for underground concrete. BITUMEN paint for pillars, 3 times ANTI TERMITE been applied in different levels below ground, TATA STEEL for railings, specially designed core cut machines to drill holes are used to ensure walls’ strength, interiors are designed in a way to withstand all sorts of tough usage. the kitchen is designed with glass finish tiles to loose any strains.

PARRY WARE Sanitary fittings were used in bathrooms. SS 304 materials used for sinks and floor trap etc.

SAPPHIRE HEIGHTS FOUNDATION

The foundation is where it all starts. We make sure we followed all the necessary and advanced methods to make sure it lasts for ever. and one of such methods is Bitumen Paint. It provides weatherproofing and corrosion resistance to the elements making them last longer.

MATERIALS USED

We have used 6 inches iron mesh in all the joints of Brick and concrete both sides inside and outside to avoid cracks in the joints which is a major issues observed in the buildings.

INTERIORS

Infrastructure including cable tv, internet connections, lift, power backup, compound wall, plastering, painting, kitchen, doors and windows are installed in way to give the best experience.

DOOR LOCKS AND SECURITY CAMERAS

Security is one of our primary concerns. We have installed security cameras all over the floors to ensure the floors are continuously monitored. Godrej door locks of heavy gauges are used for all the doors.
